Lunch time classes – relax and let go of stress in your lunch break, with a short guided breathing meditation
Suitable for everyone. No experience is needed – these short sessions are perfect for beginners.
Just drop-in for a class and pay on arrival – NO NEED TO BOOK
We’ve got a self-service tea point so you can come early or stay afterwards for a cuppa.

Wednesday morning | Wednesday evening | Thursday evening are General Programme (GP for short) classes which are more in depth and consist of a talk and two meditations.  A perfect way to learn a bit more about Kadampa Buddhism and have two meditations!  Everyone welcome regardless of ability and again,  you can just drop in.
