During this inspiring and transformative course, we will explore how we can free ourselves from the endless distractions of our busy, overstimulated minds, and discover instead the true joy of inner peace and stillness. Discover how through understanding the mind itself and its different aspects we can learn to identify and eliminate negative thought patterns and follow pathways of positive thinking.
The course will include eight sessions of liberating meditations and inspiring talks.
Each session consists of guided meditations and a teaching with practical advice for daily life.
Before and after class, there will be free refreshments and chance to ask questions in a peaceful relaxed environment.
The sessions are suitable for beginners and all levels of meditator.
