We welcome schools to visit the Centre or we are very happy to come to your school.

A visit includes guided meditation,  a talk about the life of Buddha and the basic principles of Buddhism. 

The sessions are usually taught by an ordained nun or monk and so will also include an explanation of the meaning of the robes and what it means to be a nun or a monk in the modern world. There will also be plenty of opportunities for the children to ask questions.
