The course will include nine sessions of liberating meditations and inspiring talks.
Each session consists of guided meditations and a teaching with practical advice for daily life.
Before and after class, there will be free refreshments and chance to ask questions in a peaceful relaxed environment.
The sessions are suitable for beginners and all levels of meditator.
