Meditation Classes - longer

Everyone, regardless of their level of experience or background, can benefit from the classes & courses offered on these longer meditation classes.  They is a highly accessible programme, designed to address everyday problems with simple and practical advice that makes sense according to our daily experience.  They usually consist of a teaching and two guided meditation sessions.  

Wednesday morning meditation 11.15am – 12.15pm

Wednesday evening meditation 7.00pm – 8.15pm

Thursday evening meditation 7.00pm  – 8.15pm

No experience necessary, just drop in,  pay on the door
