Weekly Classes

Everyone, regardless of their level of experience or background, can benefit from the classes & courses offered on the General Programme. It is a highly accessible programme designed to address everyday problems with simple and practical advice to help us keep peaceful, positive minds.

All our classes and courses are based on the Buddhist tradition, but there is no need to be a Buddhist or to have any interest in becoming a Buddhist to take part. The main focus is to explore how we can use Buddhist wisdom to solve our day to day emotional problems – how we can reduce our stress, overcome anger, lack of self-confidence etc. For those who wish to go into more depth there are more advanced classes and courses too.
