Join us on Wednesdays for meditation classes that can improve the quality of your life. Seating is on chairs and there’s no need for special clothing. Each class includes guided meditations, an inspiring teaching and time for questions. There’s no need to book – just turn up!

The practices we’ll look at in these classes help us to integrate meditation into our busy daily life so they are ideal for modern people. These six practices can be used to transform all our usual activities so that our daily life becomes our spiritual path. We need to learn how to transform our activities in this way because the time we have for formal meditation is very short; if we learn to be mindful of these six practices throughout our day then we can be meditating all day long!
