Wednesday Evenings

Join us on Wednesdays for meditation classes that can improve the quality of your life. Seating is on chairs and there’s no need for special clothing. Each class includes guided meditations, an inspiring teaching and time for questions. There’s no need to book – just turn up!

PLEASE NOTE: Centre opens 30 minutes before classes and events.

Building Self-Confidence

Many people suffer from low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence. These non-productive ways of thinking can greatly hinder our quality of life, as well as prevent us from being able to move forward or realize our spiritual potential. During this course we will learn how to develop authentic self-confidence through training in meditation and adopting new ways of thinking.


Detox Your Mind

We know that when our body accumulates toxins it affects our physical health and wellbeing. The same is true of the mind.
There are many toxic states of mind that cause pain and problems for both ourself and others. In fact, these mental poisons are the source of all our daily problems.

On this four-week course we will learn to identify these inner poisons and use meditation and other techniques to eliminate them, leaving us with a peaceful positive mind and a happy life!
