Join us on Wednesdays for meditation classes that can improve the quality of your life. Seating is on chairs and there’s no need for special clothing. Each class includes guided meditations, an inspiring teaching and time for questions.
PLEASE NOTE: Centre opens 30 minutes before classes and events.
There’s no need for any previous experience, and no need to book – you can drop in any week. Everyone is welcome!
