Unguided Silent Meditation
or those who wish to deepen their experience of meditation, you can join us for 45 minutes silent meditation in our meditation room. The time will be divided into two 20 minute sessions, with a three minute pause to stretch in between. The sessions themselves will be unguided but if you need advice you can ask the teacher before or afterwards. This activity is intended for those who already have some experience of meditation rather than for complete beginners, but if you come to any of the guided lunchtime meditations or longer classes this is enough. Meditation cushions and chairs are available.
Mondays and Tuesdays 12.15pm – 1pm
