Join us on Tuesdays for meditation classes that can improve the quality of your life. Seating is on chairs and there’s no need for special clothing. Each class includes guided meditations, an inspiring teaching and time for questions.

Held in the Learning and Development Centre, near Accident and Emergency (see map)
From the main A&E car park, walk back up towards the road and you’ll see the door to the Learning & Development Centre at the side of the building on your left. The door is locked at 5pm so please press the buzzer and someone will let you in.
Once in the building turn right and the class is held in the Lecture Theatre on the right-hand-side.

In this short series we will look at the practice of mindfulness in meditation and also three simple practices which can be integrated into all our daily activities, transforming our life into the path to lasting freedom and happiness. By practising giving, moral discipline and patience, we can integrate Buddha’s teachings into every aspect of our modern lives and make our daily life happy and meaningful. In this way we can transform our life into the path to enlightenment.
