Overcoming Stress & Anxiety

3-week series of meditation classes

Sundays 7 – 8:15pm  |  October 4, 11, 18

Anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems for people in our busy, modern world, especially in these current times. These states of mind prevent us from experiencing peace and enjoying life.

These classes will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of our stressed and anxious minds and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. In this way we can learn to control our mind, rather than allowing our mind to control us.

Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.
