Learn how to connect with your own potential for inner resilience and happiness, no matter what happens around you. Human life is not easy, and the world is becoming more and more uncertain. If we are to survive and to flourish in these difficult circumstances we need to learn methods to transform these difficulties, to develop a confidence and buoyancy that is not dragged down when things get difficult. On this course, Kate Faulkner will share methods we can use in everyday life to build a strong foundation for happiness and confidence within our own mind, empowering us to rise above negative and defeatist habits of mind. A person who is well trained in these methods has the inner strength and confidence to cope with anything life throws at us.
