We take your privacy seriously so in response to the new privacy laws coming into effect on 25 May 2018 (known as GDPR – General Data Protection Rules) we have reviewed and updated the ways in which we collect, store and process your information.

Data Protection Policy
We hold your name and contact details securely and only share them with third parties who perform essential services for us for the purpose in which you gave consent (e.g. online newsletter service). All third party data processors that we use are fully compliant with data protection laws. We will only use your details to contact you with information about upcoming meditation classes, events, news and opportunities. We keep all paper data securely until it has been processed by authorised personnel, and then we destroy it securely unless we are legally required to keep copies on file. We will endeavour to provide all the information we keep on you within 14 days of a reasonable request. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link and we will endeavour to delete all the information we hold on you within 28 days of a written reasonable request.
