*****APOLOGIES BUT THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED. WE HOPE TO RESCHEDULE AT SOME POINT*****
Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this evening talk Kadam Bridget will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of our stressed and anxious minds and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.
Kadam Bridget Heyes has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for over 25 years, and has been the New Kadampa Tradition National Spiritual Director of the UK since 2009.
Kadam Bridget is known internationally for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in ways that are easy to integrate into daily life.
