Overcoming stress & anxiety
Finding inner peace in the midst of a busy life
On this morning course we will learn ways to relax and let go of stressful and anxious states of mind. We will explore effective meditations and positive approaches to overcome stress and anxiety, learning simple techniques that will allow you to reduce and eventually abandon these unpeaceful minds. We will look at Buddhist meditation advice on how to deal with stress and anxiety in our busy modern world. Buddha taught meditations to help us be more present in the moment and reduce our overthinking that leads to so much worry in our lives.
Everybody is welcome to attend, regardless of experience. The course is for both those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve their practice. It will consist of practical teachings and short guided meditations allowing us to experience inner peace and develop our ability to deal with stress and anxiety.
