Monday Evenings

Join us on Mondays for meditation classes that can improve the quality of your life. Seating is on chairs and there’s no need for special clothing. Refreshments are provided. Each class includes guided meditations, an inspiring teaching and time for questions. There’s no need to book – just turn up!
