Weekly Meditation Classes

Join us for drop-in meditation classes in Halifax. Meditation is a method to relax the mind, develop a sense of well-being and gain a more positive outlook on life. Our meditation classes are for everyone. They consist of guided meditations, a teaching and time for discussion. Join us at anytime!

PLEASE NOTE: Centre opens 30 minutes before classes and events.

Monday evenings 7 – 8:30pm 

Tuesdays 5:45 – 7pm at Calderdale Royal

Wednesday evenings 7 – 8:30pm

Saturday mornings 11am – 12:45pm (PLEASE NOTE – SAT CLASS NO LONGER RUNNING)

We also run guided meditations at lunchtime on Wednesdays & Fridays:

Living With Mindfulness: one-off classes in June

with Buddhist nun Kelsang Chogma

In the fast pace of our work and personal lives our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind.

No experience necessary. Booking is required.
