We offer meditation courses to help you find practical solutions to everyday problems. The methods we teach to improve the quality of your life are derived from the teachings of Buddha but you don’t need to be Buddhist to benefit from these workshops.
All the meditation techniques are explained and practical advice is given on how to overcome difficulties, find lasting happiness and develop our full potential.
Everyone is welcome! It’s not necessary to have previous experience of meditation.
Costs (unless stated otherwise):
Half-day courses cost £12 including refreshments.
Full-day courses cost £20 and include a light lunch.

On this course we’ll look at basic Buddhist views, intentions and practices and we’ll learn some ritual of the practices we can engage in including making offerings, reciting mantras, mandala offerings.
