Weekly Meditation Classes
Join us for drop-in meditation classes in Halifax and the Calder Valley. Meditation is a method to relax the mind, develop a sense of well-being and gain a more positive outlook on life. Our meditation classes are for everyone. They consist of guided meditations, a teaching and time for discussion. There’s no need to book and you can join us at anytime!
Learning to meditate can sound a bit daunting at first but with these meditation classes you’ll be guided by an experienced Buddhist teacher and have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions.
Seating is on chairs or cushions, whichever you prefer, so there’s no need to worry about needing any special clothing or being able to sit on the floor.
PLEASE NOTE: Centre opens 30 minutes before classes and events.
