Online teachings for local people

Kelsang Chogma’s General Programme classes are temporarily being streamed online. Advance booking is required – booking closes 2 hours before each class begins.

All classes will be available online for 7 days after the live-stream class so you can enjoy the class at a time that suits you. 

In order to cherish your local Centre these classes are only intended for people who reside in our regular catchment area. 

If you live elsewhere, you can click hereto find online classes at your local Kadampa Centre.

Classes cost £5 (free for Gold Card or Season Ticket holders)


The classes are live-streamed via Zoom with video catch-up available for 7 days.

Around 90-minutes before the class begins you will receive the Zoom link via email. Click the link to register and you’ll then be given a link to join the class at 7pm.

After the live-stream has finished you’ll receive another the recording link via email. 




Tuesdays 7 – 8:15pm

Introductory meditation classes ideal for beginners. These classes are self-contained and look at meditations and ways of thinking that help us find inner peace and happiness through meditation. More info…

These classes on Buddha’s Tantric teachings are open to those who have received Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment or have the intention to receive them as soon as practically possible. More info…


Thursdays 7 – 8:30pm

The teachings in this Thursday evening meditation class series will help us to live a happy and meaningful life, prepare for our death and also help others who are dying. The classes are based on the book Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully by renowned Buddhist Master, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
