Free Lunchtime Meditation
Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 12:30 – 1:00pm
Take a break and bring some calm and focus into your day. In these half hour sessions experienced Kadampa teachers will guide simple meditations that are easy to incorporate into your busy life. The classes include practical advice from Buddhist teachings on how to maintain a peaceful and positive approach to life.
Suitable for everyone. No experience is needed – these short sessions are perfect for beginners.
Just drop-in for a class and pay on arrival – NO NEED TO BOOK
We’ve got a self-service tea point so you can come early or stay afterwards for a cuppa.

Please arrive by 12:25pm at the latest. We are unable to admit late arrivals.
The last Wednesday class before the Easter break is 9th April.
The last Friday class before the break is 4th April.
Classes resume the week beginning 21st April
