Lunchtime Meditations

No class Good Friday and Wednesday 20th

Take a break and bring some calm and focus into your day. In these half hour sessions experienced Kadampa teachers will guide simple meditations that are easy to incorporate into your busy life. The classes include practical advice from Buddhist teachings on how to maintain a peaceful and positive approach to life.  Suitable for everyone.

No experience is needed – these short sessions are perfect for beginners.

Just drop-in for a class and pay on arrival – NO NEED TO BOOK

We’ve got a self-service tea point so you can come early or stay afterwards for a cuppa.
