These sessions will begin with some quiet time and short meditation, some fun discussion exploring happiness and kindness, and then followed by activities – all along the theme of ‘How to be Happy & Kind’.
All kids must be accompanied by a parent or carer so it’s a great way to meet like-minded parents. Healthy snacks will be provided.
10:30am-12noon on the following Sundays:
Feb 9 / Mar 8 / May 3 / Jun 7 / Jul 5
£5 single child / £10 family (no charge for adults)
There’s no need to book – you can just turn up. The meditation and quiet time will begin from 10:30am so please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to register and settle in.
These sessions are ideal for ages 4 – 12yr but all ages are very welcome – it’s fun for the parents too!
