This 60-minute talk will be streamed from 7pm on Monday 24th August and will be available to view for 5 days – so you can view at a time that suits your busy life.

Kadam Bridget Heyes has been practising meditation and Buddhism for over 25 years, and has been the UK National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition since 2009.

Kadam Bridget is known internationally for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in ways that are easy to integrate into daily life. As a mother of two, she has a special insight into how to bring Buddhism alive to meet the demands of busy modern life.

This event is suitable for everyone – no experience or background knowledge is necessary.
