The end of a relationship, separation from loved ones, or the death of a friend or relative can leave us feeling devastated – as if we can never find a way back to the way we were. The effect of such events can dominate our life for much longer than we wish. This course will explain methods to deal with the inevitable winds of change and loss in our lives – so we can remain calm and happy in the face of such challenges.
