Meditation Retreats

Retreat is when we step back from busy, daily life – even if just for a day – and take time to deeply contemplate, taking to heart the meditations and increasing our understanding and experience of particular meditation practices.

Special Events

From time to time, we also hold special events, such as Food for Thought (meditation and a meal), and blessing empowerments that enable us to receive powerful inspiration and make close connections with particular Buddhas.
